Kirkcudbright Deveopment Trust has joined up with FareShare to collect leftover food from local supermarkets with the aim of tacking food poverty in our community and reducing food waste.

Our FareShare Social Supermarket is open Monday to Friday 10am – 2pm in The Johnston.

Produce varies daily, depending on what surplus food the local supermarkets have, but often includes seasonal fruit, vegetables, breads and bakery products, ready meals, frozen produce and dairy products.

Everything is FREE.
